It doesn’t matter how far postnatal you are, our experience lies in group training where we coach various ages and stages of women. Every single exercise can be adapted and tailored for each individual, addressing conditions such as abdominal separation, pelvic floor weakness and incontinence.  Not to mention fluctuations of hormones and the menstrual cycle, we feel nothing is off limits at The Club and talk openly to support each other.

We help to rebuild from the inside out, gaining more strength, power and endurance to transform yourself into a stronger, fitter woman. Removing any confusion or anxiety, to return safely and effectively, to lift weights and handle high impact.

We also have our own Wellness Studio, offering Yoga for relaxation and Mat Pilates to get you in flow, both helping to reduce the stresses of Motherhood.

Meet your Head Coach.

Hi, I’m Heather.

I’m a qualified pre and postnatal trainer, and like many mums, I found returning to exercise after having my own children incredibly challenging. I wasn’t sure what was safe, what felt right, or how to rebuild strength without making my pelvic floor symptoms worse.

That experience sparked a deep passion in me to support other mums through that same uncertain stage helping them feel confident, supported, and empowered in their bodies again.

Today, I specialise in working with women at every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy to postnatal recovery and beyond, I provide pelvic floor–safe training that meets you exactly where you’re at. Because every mum deserves to feel strong, capable, and truly connected to her body.

I would love to welcome you in to the gym and support you on your journey. Hopefully I will see you in a class very soon!

Class Types.

  • FIT CLUB
    Functional exercises using resistance and low impact cardio to build strength & fitness from the inside out. (Mums & Bubs class).

  • LIFT CLUB
    Weight training to feel mentally & physically strong to handle the load of Mumlife.

  • YOGA
    A combination of movement with breath. Stretching and strengthening the body, whilst calming the nervous system.

Children are always welcome in our classes - whether you use the Kids Club or prefer to keep your little one close, we’re just here to make sure both mums and minis feel happy and at home. (When Kids Club is not open we allow children to utilise the Kids space,
at your own responsibility.)

(you can still utilise our Kids Club, although access to our gym classes require a membership).

All we kindly ask for is a 10 week commitment, enabling you to get into a routine, build connections with like-minded women
and notice a difference with your overall health & fitness.

Kids Club.

At The Club for Mums our aim is to create a one stop shop! We have a full term program of activities created by our Lead Nanny, Kara who is a qualified Early Childhood Educator.

Our set up allows Mum to have an hour to herself while their little one is having fun! Each session has been carefully thought out to support the child’s development, such as fine and gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, turn taking, and problem solving. We’re not your average gym creche and pride ourselves in what we provide.

Our Kids Club is only $8 for a 1 hour session per child and can be purchased as a 5, 10 or 20 pack, to be used alongside Mums Membership.

FAQ’s.

Q:  The timetable looks great! Do I have to stipulate a specific session day and time each week?
A:  Nope! We have a user friendly app, where you can book in your session/s each week based on your schedule.  We understand routines often change with kids so offering flexibility hopefully helps.


Q: Do you offer casual sessions or class packs?

A: Yes, we do! We know mum life can throw a curveball at any moment, and committing to weekly sessions isn’t always realistic. That is why we offer flexible casual sessions for $29 per class or a 10 class pack for $270. Both options can be easily purchased through our app, so you can train whenever you like, without the pressure.

Q:  What about Kids Club, how does that work?
A:  The same applies where you would use the app to book in your child/ren to the selected session utilising your session credits.


Q:  Is there a limit to children numbers in The Kids Club?

A:  Yes our ratio is 5 children under 3 years to one Nanny and maximum 10 per group.


Q:  What facilities do you have?
A:  As well as the functional gym space and fenced kids zone, we have a social room, kitchen with microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a kettle to have a brew! A Wellness studio upstairs and toilet with nappy changing area.


Q:  I’d love to join but I work full time! Will you be offering more early morning or evening classes?
A:  That’s the plan! As we grow, this will allow us to add more classes, services and coaches to our timetable. We hope to deliver something that aligns with you soon!
